TERRACE Homes General Manager
Natalie has been part of BGC Housing Group since 2016 and was previously the Operations Manager at Perceptions for three-and-a-half years. With 18 years of building experience and a reputation for excellence within the industry, Natalie brings a diverse background to the TERRACE team. With Natalie’s strong customer service focus, process-driven approach and passion for continual improvement, TERRACE is well positioned to continue to grow under her leadership.
TERRACE Homes Sales Manager
Ashley holds the prestigious accolade of having sold the very first TERRACE home over five years ago, when he started his BGC Housing Group journey as Sales Manager for Now Living, before moving onto luxury homes at Perceptions and more recently Commodore Homes. With more than 10 years of sales management experience, Ash has a strong analytical background which aids in improving the performance of his sales teams. He believes a business works best when the sales team is passionate about the product they are selling and the customer always come first.
TERRACE Homes Design Manager
Part of the BGC family since 2014, Milos also has more than five years’ of overseas architectural experience as a qualified and registered Architect under his belt. He has worked on a number of different scale projects across the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. With a passion for innovation and quality design, Milos’ diverse skillset, pragmatism and creativity makes him a valuable addition to the TERRACE team.

TERRACE Homes Administration Manager
Being a part of the construction industry for over 10 years, Jenna is skilled in administrating building contracts, liaising with other departments to achieve the best design outcome for the client and project administration. Jenna prides herself on delivering an outstanding level of service, honesty and integrity with a strong focus on customer service.
TERRACE Homes Estimating & Scheduling Manager
Being a part of the building industry for 15 years, Clayton has experience in project building, luxury custom builds, group developments, Class 2 construction and rural government housing. Clayton has extensive experience with various construction methods and was previously Building Manager at Pindan. Clayton prides himself on his widespread construction knowledge, problem-solving skills and team-oriented approach, with a strong focus on build quality.
After suddenly finding ourselves without a builder we cannot thank you enough in your efforts in making sure our dream home was everything we wanted and much more! We are so looking forward to what’s to come in the next stages or our build and of course, we can’t wait to show off our TERRACE home to friends and family!Rachel & Brendan
Where do I start… from the moment we signed up with BGC, we were given an excellent level of service. The attention to detail from all involved was exceptional… to name a few Shayne, Emma, Alyce and also Roy Richardson, the site supervisor… who we believe, made this build a pleasurable experience.
