With TERRACE, nothing is overlooked to make the most of the clever use of space with a dedicated sales, administration and construction team, who are there with you throughout the entire process.
With over six years management experience within BGC Housing Group and over 15 years’ experience in both the residential and commercial construction industry, Paul brings a diverse background to the team. He has previously been the Operations Manager of Perceptions Homes prior to becoming General Manager of BGC Housing Group’s Specialised Division and has first-hand knowledge in the importance of customer service. Paul oversees all departments and ensures a high level of detail and attention is maintained at all times.
Qualifications: Diploma of Building & Construction and Builders Registration
TERRACE Homes Brand Manager
Jessica has worked for BGC Housing Group over the last 10 years holding positions in sales, project management and site supervisor roles. Since joining the team, Jess has been integral in a number of Built Form projects as well as the continued growth of the Terrace retail brand. With Master degrees in Science and Commerce, Jessica is a highly motivated individual with excellence time management skills. This structured approach is passed onto her sales team ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
Qualifications: Master of Science (Project Management) and Master of Commerce
TERRACE Homes Sales Manager
Michael has more than eight years’ experience in the housing industry and is always prepared to go the extra mile for clients. His extensive product knowledge and focus on the customer means they receive the best service and advice. His implementation of dedicated sales and customer service training for his team has delivered positive results for the business.
TERRACE Homes Design Manager
Part of the BGC family since 2014, Milos also has more than five years’ of overseas architectural experience as a qualified and registered Architect under his belt. He has worked on a number of different scale projects across the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. With a passion for innovation and quality design, Milos’ diverse skillset, pragmatism and creativity makes him a valuable addition to the TERRACE team.

TERRACE Homes Special Projects Manager
Renee has worked in the building industry for 26 years and has spent the last 8 years with BGC Housing Group. Having held positions in project management, sales, business development and administration management, she has a wealth of knowledge and passion that she brings to every project, effectively getting the best out of the team to ensure delivery targets are met. Renee has extensive Project Management experience being involved in all TERRACE Homes allocations since inceptions as well being responsible for all TERRACE Homes displays and interior design.
TERRACE Homes Administration Manager
Being a part of the construction industry for over 10 years, Jenna is skilled in administrating building contracts, liaising with other departments to achieve the best design outcome for the client and project administration. Jenna prides herself on delivering an outstanding level of service, honesty and integrity with a strong focus on customer service.
TERRACE Homes Marketing Manager
With a background in journalism, Katherine has worked in marketing roles for more than nine years across the arts, media and residential construction industries. She joined BGC Housing Group in 2019 and has a passion for creating innovative marketing campaigns across both traditional media and digital platforms.
After suddenly finding ourselves without a builder we cannot thank you enough in your efforts in making sure our dream home was everything we wanted and much more! Where do I start… from the moment we signed up with BGC, we were given an excellent level of service. The attention to detail from all involved was exceptional… to name a few Shayne, Emma, Alyce and also Roy Richardson, the site supervisor… who we believe, made this build a pleasurable experience.
